Terms of Service

USFU Platform is an online service for finding and booking appointments with verified psychologists. We provide an information technology platform that connects clients with qualified specialists.

USFU Platform provides the following services: a catalogue of verified psychologists with search and filtering; an online booking and session management system; an intelligent therapist matching tool based on a client questionnaire; post-session review publication.

We act solely as an information intermediary between the client and the therapist. The specific terms, timing, location and payment for therapeutic services are arranged directly between the client and the therapist.

USFU Platform is not a medical organisation and does not provide medical, psychiatric or psychological services. The platform is not responsible for the quality, outcome or consequences of therapeutic sessions.

If you are in crisis or experiencing thoughts of self-harm, please immediately contact emergency psychological support services or a crisis helpline in your country.

Full use of the platform requires registration. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. One account per real person.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please notify us immediately at masanovets@gmail.com.

Users are prohibited from: publishing false reviews or manipulating ratings; sending spam or unsolicited commercial messages; using the platform for any illegal activity; impersonating another person or professional; publishing offensive, discriminatory or harmful content.

Violation of these rules may result in temporary or permanent account suspension without compensation.

At the current stage of the platform's development (MVP), USFU Platform does not accept payments for services. All financial arrangements for therapeutic sessions are made directly between the client and the therapist.

A commercial model, subscription terms or therapist commissions may be introduced in the future. Users will be notified in advance of any such changes.

Session bookings can be cancelled directly through the platform before the session begins. We recommend cancelling at least 24 hours in advance, out of respect for the therapist's time.

As USFU Platform does not accept payments, any refund questions for sessions are resolved directly between the client and the therapist according to their own agreement.

All USFU Platform content (design, code, logos, texts) is owned by USFU Platform or used under appropriate licences. Content in therapist profiles (photos, biography, materials) remains the property of the therapists, however they grant USFU Platform a non-exclusive licence to display it.

Copying, reproducing or distributing any platform content without written permission is prohibited.

USFU Platform is provided 'as is' without warranties of uninterrupted operation. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or punitive damages arising from use or inability to use the platform.

The maximum liability of USFU Platform to any user is limited to the amount paid by that user for platform services in the 12 months preceding the event (at the current MVP stage — zero).

USFU Platform reserves the right to make changes to these Terms. For material changes we will notify you by email or via a platform notification at least 14 days before they take effect.

Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your agreement to the updated Terms. If you disagree with the changes, you may delete your account.
